What is the workaround so I can add server side rules to my Exchange 2007
server while using my Outlook 2003 Client please.

I see I am able to add server side rules using Outlook 2007, but before any
Exchange 2007 Server goes into a production environment I need to have this
addressed please.

Workaround for what problem? There should be no reason that OUtlook 2003 can't create server-side rules. Whether a rule runs on the client or server depends on the conditions and actions chosen for the rule.
