Exchange 2007- help messages not seen in in box outlook 2007

Hi

We have setup a trial version exchange 2007 in a server with SQL
2005 .This is the 32 bit version. EXchange installation succesful. OWA
works.Client account can be seen for a user. Messages are sent in
outlook reach exchange server. Server can be pinged from a client. No
messages displayed in inbox. for recipient.Messages can be seen in
sent items. Keep getting synchronisation error with Off line address
book.

Apprecaite any help in troubleshooting.

Does the message show up in the inbox when viewing it through OWA?
What is the exact error for the address book?
