Exchange 2003 Webmail in Vista

I'm using Exchange 2003 Front-End & Back-End.

You guys may know recently all of user is purchase new laptop or desktop is
come from Vista. many user reported that they cannot use webmail to send
email.

When they press send button, the IE 7 will auto restart and nothing error.

Did anyone facing the same problems?
