Can't reply to Webmail in Outlook 2007

I access my company email using Webmail. On my laptop, which runs Windows XP
and Office 2003, I have no problems. However, on my new desktop I have Vista
and Office 2007. I also have Kaspersky anti-virus software on both machines.
On the Vista/Office 2007 combination I can receive emails but I can't reply
to them. When I hit the reply button I see the reply window but there's no
text of the email I'm replying to and no place for my own text -- just a
little icon in the top left hand corner. I've got the webmail URL in the
Trusted Zone. Any ideas?

What webmail? If you're using OWA, that's part of Exchange (not Outlook),
and I suggest you check with the people who manage the Exchange servers for
your company for first-level support. Or post in m.p.exchange.clients, with
more info as to the version & SP of Exchange, and whether other people are
having this problem.

Why? Assuming I remember this thread correctly (please include the previous
post so we know what it's about) - If the problem is what I posted, the
admin should fix it ASAP - it shoulda been fixed months ago.

And the reason I'm lost is because our Admin is useless. They just stare at
you and shrug in despair. And no-one in the company cares enough to do
anything about it. If you have a problem and you can't fix it yourself,
you've had it.

SOMEONE must have installed the Exchange server and is the nominal Exchange
administrator. Can you locate that person? If so, hand him or her the
article mentioned on the web site you were given. If necessary, tell that
person you will speak with the president of the company and tell the
president that productivity will suffer until the problem is fixed and that
s/he (the Exchange admin) is the reason.
