Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003

Hello All,

I am unable to receive mail using Outlook 2003 and
Exchange 2003. When I attempt to get the mail off of the
exchange server using outlook or outlook express I get
thone of the following:

Receiving reported error (0x80042108): Outlook is unable
to connect to your incoming (pop3) email server, which is
my exchange server. I have no problem getting mail from my
isp's server. I hope that someone can tell me how to fix
this error. Thanks in advance for any and all responses.
