Hello,

We have several users on our domain the use several smtp
addresses.

However, all mail messages appear as being sent to the
Primary address or recipient.

Is there a way of isolating these emails by using a form
of "TO" field?

This way (e-mail address removed)
and (e-mail address removed)... could easily be sorted or sent
to different Inboxes in the same account.

Thanks in advance.

You can use one of the methods here:
http://www.slipstick.com/rules/sortbyaccount.htm

I don't have an install of Outlook 2002 in front of me at the moment, but I
believe it has a "through the specified account" condition like Outlook 2003
does to do something with messages based on the account top which it was
sent.

Either way, the Rules Wizard should be capable of handling this, for the
most part. There are other, third-aprty tools that are also available for
this:

If the messages were, in fact, sent to distinct addresses, appropriate rules
can use the recipient to sort the messages into specific folders.

I managed to get the redirection to work through the Rules
Wizard and associating the header text with it to locate
the varying SMTP email addresses.

It works like a charm.

Thanks
Leonard
