Excessive CPU Utilization

When I look at my task manager, under processes, I have a
process called "emroute.exe" that is taking up to 99% of
the system resources. What causes this and what can I do
about it?

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
 
A quick "Google" search turned up a connection between "emroute.exe" and
something called "RAPTORMOBILE",
Does this ring any bells for you?
 
Thanks, it did point me in the right direction. Now I
know what, I just don't know why?
