I keep getting
Application exception occurred:

Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

Its driving me crazy .. I have all updates .. running win2k

Hi friends
Yesterday I bought a new game (Medieval II Total War) original.
After the complete installation, i tryed to play.
then a message appears: (Application exception occurred:
App: D:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\medieval2.exe (pid=2816)
When: 15/11/2006 @ 13:58:42.218
Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

every time when i'm doing double click in the game icon a message appears: (Please insert the correct CD-Rom)

It is possible to someone help me!!
