Exception in Display Run Map

When I try to do tests on various things on my computer through HP help and
support I get the following message "Exception in Display Run Map. run Map"
We have had a lot of things replaced in our computer under warranty, could
this be why these tests wont work. Should I be concerned about this?????
 
It sounds like theHP diagnostic software package has a problem.
I would also appear that you are being told to run a program with the name
Map.
Beyond this I have no Idea what is going on. I'd suggest that you contact HP
support since this is an "after repair" issue. I have an HP laptop that had
to be sent back repeatedly to fix problems caused by in warrenty "repairs".
 
Many thanks. Yes we have had just about everything changed except the power
supply. It was playing up before warranty with HP ended but wasnt sure what
was wrong. Have Prestige Protection Warranty and all the insides have been
changed. Cannot use PC Doctor now either, it was pre installed on computer.
We certainly feel we bought a "Lemon" and will think twice before buying
another HP. Thanks will mention it to the warranty service agents.
