Exception breakpoint

when trying to install drivers for my web cam i keep getting the following
error:

lvcomsx.exe application error
The exception Breakpoint
A Breakpoint has been reached.
(0x80000003) occurred in the application at location 0x7c901230

Please help me i have no idea what this is.
Im trying to install a Logitech quickcam express
 
Have you checked at Logitech's website to see if newer drivers are availble?
This is a pretty frequent case--even if you've just bought something.
 
Yes. i downloaded the latest drivers from logitech website but still the same
problem comes up.
 
Have you checked to see if Logitech provides any support resources? This
forum is for Windows Defender--so we're not likely to be able to help with
this issue--and I'm out of ideas, I'm afraid.
