Excell convert formula row to formula column

Excel 2003 sp2.
I have a row of formulas. I want to convert them into a column of formulas.
AND conversely - column to row.
On the same sheet or to a different sheet.
How can I doit.
 
Use Paste Special from the Edit menu. Check the Transpose option.
