Excel worksheet tabs navigation

I have a workbook with 100 tabs. Can I build a search button to find the
correct tab(sheet) from anywhere in the workbook?
 
You can just press F5 and type in the sheet name and a cell or right click
any of the arrows to the left of the sheet tabs
