Excel v.2002

Does anyone know where the product ID is located on this thing? I have entered in all the numbers for some online help and cannot move forward. My problem is that I cannot install the thing! It is saying that it cannot find a qualified product? I had the thing entered before I did a full system restore. Someone sent me a virus so I had to reinstall everything and now I cannot install this disk?!?
 
Nothing to do with the operating system. Ask in excel.setup
