I have a huge data on server and its aexcel file i dont want to import it or
link it cause i want to create input data entry form to create a data how do
i do that?

Or temporiraly leave it and create new database from today onwards basically
i need reports to be generated and i will be needing to find the ratio of
work done

There's not enough information here for anyone to offer worthwhile
suggestions. If you don't want to import or link the Excel spreadsheet,
then you'll either ignore that data, or have a lot of hand re-entry.

It will, of course, be possible to create Tables to contain your data, and a
Form or Forms to enter it, and Report or Reports to display it, if you have
no interest in the "historical" data in the spreadsheet. But, you surely
knew this to be the case, so what is your specific question?
