Excel template for an Outlook contact list ??

Is there a template in Excel 2003 to create an address book type file to
export (with same field mappings) to a contact list in Outlook 2003? I think
one exists in Access but I can't find one using Excel.....
 
You can create one by exporting from an Outlook contacts folder .
