Excel table into FP

1. I have pasted excel cells into a FrontPage 2000 page.
I don't have much control over these cells after I paste
them. For example, I can't change the cell width. Is
there a better way to do this?

2. When I try to paste the information into a FP table,
it won't go into the different cells; it pastes the Excel
cells all over again above the table I have created in
FP. I don't want to type everything into the FP table.
What can I do?
 
Save as HTML from Excel, then import the page into FP, then copy and paste the table into your page,
etc.
