Excel spreadsheets

I have 424 hidden rows on an Excel 97 spreadsheet.
I have used the Help system in Excel but the instructions
have not cleared the rows.
Can anyone help me please?

Hi John
Highlight the row headers above and below the hidden
rows, right click on the row headers and select Unhide,
then select Clear contents.
