I have several users who have spreadsheets on a network share. When one of
them accessing the file, the others are able to open it without getting the
"file in use" dialog box.

I have tried this with the other sysadmins and we all get the file in use
box. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions

Thanks

Steve

Sorry. This is the Microsoft Access Database newsgroup. It appears
