excel spreadsheet - using omniform 5.0

I am trying to lock rows & columns and some information on my form. Is there
any softwear out there that can this.

what do you mean lock? it's possible to freeze some things in place, or
protect certain rows and columns from being altered
 
I have a number of spreadsheets with rows and columns and formulas that are
tied together. My 1st spreadsheet has 12 diff. columns - with 9 of them
having formulas in them. I guess what I am trying to do is lock the formulas
in the 9 cells - so it won't get altered. Also the black lines for the rows
and the columns
