Excel spreadsheet in power point to email

I need to create a link in my PPT file such that - when clicked brings up an
excel spreadsheet.
I need to include the Excel spreadsheet in my PPT so i can email the same to
multiple users.

Hi,

You have two different request -
1. In PPT you can Insert a Hyperlink to an Excel file and then when you
click it the Excel file will open. Ctrl+K is the shortcut key to insert a
hyperlink.
2. You can imbed an Excel spreadsheet in Powerpoint, in PPT choose Insert,
Object, Microsoft Excel Worksheet...
Now if you want to open the worksheet when your finished inserting it, you
double-click it. It is part of the PPT file.
