Excel Sheet tab?

More details please.

Do you mean the length of the name on the tab or the number of rows in a
sheet?

Length of name is limited to 32 characters.

Number of rows is limited by the version of Excel you're running.

65536 in Excel 97 through 2003

1,000,000 + in 2007
