I have a user that is unable to use excel 2002. When she
selects one cell and then moves her mouse multiple cells
are selected and she is not able to click anywhere else on
the Excel program....no file, help, open...nothing. The
keyboard is also disabled, ALT-F does not work and neither
does tab. I checked and made sure SCROLL LOCK was off and
I have scanned for viruses. Office is all update running
SP2 and any post SP2 fixes that have since became
available.
