Excel question

Hello!

I have a member database, which is grouped into six different groups, and
one main group


If I insert a name into group one - I would insert an entry in the main
group automatically.


Is this possible?

Lars,

Use only the one database, with an extra column that shows which of the six different groups the
entry belongs in. Then use Data filters when you want to see just one group.
