Excel macro migration resources

I have several macros writen for Excel 97. We are
migrating to Excel 2002 and 2003. Where can I find a
resource for translating these macros to the newer version
of Excel? Currently I am executing and debugging the
macros one step at a time without any VB help
documentation.

I've personally had no problems moving from Excel97 to ExcelXP with any
documents.

I believe Microsoft has some documents on it's website relating to Office97
to OfficeXP migration / differences.
