Excel labels with individual weights

Hi,
Is it possible to create a label in excel and also include on the label a weight from a stand alone scale? I have the platform scale, printer and laptop. For each box I weigh I need to put on the label with its own weight from the scale along with other details on the label. I'm not very IT savy so any help would be appreciated! Thanks. Anthony
