excel is closed by windows when printing

I am trying to print a pivot table and have the titles repeat at the top of
each page. However, when I print, Excel generates errors and is shut down by
windows. I have tried selecting print titles in table properties and seting
up the rows to repeat at the top in page set up. Neither way seems to
prevent the errors. It prints fine without the titles. Thank you.

I still do not know why I encountered this problem, but it doesn't seem to
occur in Excel 2003. If you are having problems with Excel crashing, you can
down load a trial version of 2003 to see if it helps.
