EXCEL-How to tab to cell on rt in permission range in a Form

In unprotected mode in a Purchasing Form setup in EXCEL; I can strike tab key
and it moves to cell on the right. When I protect the worksheet; when I tab
to the right the cursor jumps to another permitted range at the top of the
form. How can I make the tab just move as normal to the cell on the right
after entering data and striking the tab key?

When the worksheet is unlocked, look at Format ->Cells -> Protection and see
if the cells that it's "skipping" are locked. When you protect the sheet
again, allow the user to select both locked and unlocked cells.
