Excel Excel Help

I have a 2007 excel spreadsheet on my PDA which I also access from my PC. On trying to open today I get the message "Excel found unreadable content in file ---xlxs." It asks if I want to recover the contents anyway but when I click "Yes" I cannot open the file. All other Excel files are OK.

I am using Vista and Office 2007

Any help in recovering this file would be would be gratefully accepted.

Is this happening only on your PDA ? Or also on your PC ?
