Excel Help-IE Script Error

Mindy

I have a user who tried to access the Help menu in Excel,
and look at the Help topic of Examples of Chart Types.
When she tried to click on the graphic to display the
topic, it came back and gave her the Internet Explorer
Script Error:

Line: 28
Char: 3
Error: Object doesn't support this property or
method:'xlhhctrl_1.HHClick'
Code: 0
URL: mk:mad:MSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%
20Office\Office1033
\xlmain9.chm::/html/xlhowExamplesOfChartTypesThumbForAr

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?
Yes or No

It has been doing this all the time, and she used to deal
with it...but how do I fix this now to where it won't come
up anymore? Help!

In most cases you can fix this problem by applying Microsoft Critical
Update 811630, which is available from here:

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=811630

The exception to this is Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4 installed.
In this case, you must unregister the HTML Help ActiveX control -- the
component that provides the navigation facilities in the help files --
and then re-register it. To do this, run the following two commands
from a command prompt:

regsvr32 /u <drive>:\winnt\system32\hhctrl.ocx
regsvr32 <drive>:\winnt\system32\hhctrl.ocx
