Excel hangs when deleting data.

An Excel Spreadsheet containing macros hangs when deleting data in a column
that does not contain formulas or macros. Two PCs work perfectly fine when
deleting the data and one PC does not. I made sure all updates were
available, I copied the file to the desktop and tried it from there. I
reinstalled MS Office and tried again without updates, it didn't work. I
tried again after applying all the updates still no avail. The user has all
the correct rights, full local administrator on the machine and has
administrator rights on the network. Still no avail. What is wrong with
this one persons workstation that Excel won't work properly?

I think I'd check to see if there's a worksheet change event tied to the
worksheet in question. AutoCalculation may also be enabled and it's
recalculating with each cell that's deleted. Just a guess.

Thank you for replying.

The puzzle is that 2 other workstations have been mirrored with the same
options, settings, preferences, etc... There are no differences between the
machines. However, I did notice that there is not a certificate for the Code
Signing PCA for VBScript on her machine and I think that may have something
to do with it, because later on I did find an error message relating to a
temp file with the extensions .vbs. I believe they do use vbscripts as part
of their macros and I have a feeling that is where it is failing. I did a
Microsoft Office Diagnostics and it was successful everywhere but one place
and it stated that it would take Microsoft a week to provide her with the
file. Doesn't make sense, but I imagine I am going to have to wait.

If you have any other suggestions let me know.
