Excel error when opening

User got this error after Office 2003 SP2.
When he opens excel
the first error is object library not registered.
second error is One of your object libraries (|) is missing or damaged.
Please run Setup to install it.

So I did the repair and that didn't fix the problem.
I then uninstalled and reinstalled office 2k3 and it still didn't solve the
problem.
It also added a new problem which is Outlook isn't able to use Word as the
email editor. I tried detect and repair in word and that didn't fix the
problem also.

The only thing I notice is that when I tried to add-ins in Excel it gave me
an error when I tried to add VB Toolpak don't know if its related. ( Just me
trying something )

I am having the same problem and no one here can figure it out. Were you
able to find a fix for this error? Thanks for the help.

We actually have to wipe the PC out and reload everything.
