EXCEL ERROR WHEN I want to open a file

If i open Excel and after i open a file, NO PROBLEM, the file is open and i
can work.
If i dobble click on the file, excel is open but not the file in execl. I
have a error mesage in french :
Le fichier est introuvable vérifiez que le nom de fichier et le chemin sont
corrects, et que toutes le bibliotheques requises sont disponibles. I can
email the exact message if you need.

Please repost your question in an Excel newsgroup. This one if for a
different program, Microsoft Access. Try
