impossible to delete message in Windos mail

Hello,

i've got a problem with windows mail giving me the message below (sorry it's
in French) but since to this i can't delete the message and it's quite
embarrasing for me. Does anyone can help me please ?

Windows Mail a rencontré un problème inattendu lors de l'affichage de ce
message. Vérifiez si la mémoire ou l'espace disque de votre ordinateur ne
sont pas insuffisants et recommencez.

Most problems with messages that won't delete can be cured with this
fix, downloaded and installed with Windows Mail not running:

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in
other folders. If you don't know whether to use the 32-bit version or
the 64-bit version, try the 32-bit version first. Certain common
antivirus programs, such as most of those from Norton or McAfee,
or a recent one from Trend, tend to cause such problems, although
seldom immediately, so if you have such a program, remember
where to find the fix - you are likely to need it again.

After applying the fix, you may still need to delete a stuck message,
probably the oldest one in the Outbox.

If that doesn't help, what if any antivirus programs do you have?

Hi there, I also had this problem but it was in the junk mail folder, I
followed the advise given by robertmiles and hey presto I managed to delete
the mail.
