Excel Document Closes

User has one document that she likes to keep open all day
and it will randomly close by itself. We have witnessed
it happening but do not know why. (2000 on a Win98)
 
If she is clicking the upper X to close any document all documents will close

It's not from clicking the x.
She can have it minimized and it just disappears.
