Excel Data into a Quote?

Is this even possible? I am trying to build something for one of the
estimators at work that is not computer literate at all!

Currently I have a 'Take-Off' / Bid Sheet in excel. They use drop down boxes
and enter in numbers and work to be performed etc. Once they do this they
bring it to us to type up a Quote letter in Word with the info they have.

Now is it possible to make this data go into a letter automatically? Or any
other ideas of how to be able to have it all done at once instead of going
through 3 people for one letter?

set up the quote letter in another tab, it can contain references to the
quote sheet, plus any other verbiage you want, you can adjust the formatting
so it looks like a letter
