Thanks so much reply me so fast !

If i know programme language like VB , C++ , java ...
I wont use excel or access , I'll create a program for my self ...
But I dont !

Duplicate Data is important for me !
I can tell u how important duplicate data .

Actually we are the car repossession company , we have all the car loa
record(about 4million++) . Some of the owner of the car didnt pay thei
loan , but their move to other place , so the bank or finance cant fin
them and take back the car . Our company job is help bank or finance t
find back the owner and ask them give back the car to bank or finance
How we know where owner is ? We just ask worker go to write down th
car register number(3000+ per day) from residential area . Then us
computer to check out which car loan is not pay ! Can u image if w
dont have computer at this age ! How to find the car within 4 millo
record ??? Duplicate is important in this part !

if you have that many records don't use Excel. Use MS Access for this.
Post your question in the MS Access newsgroup.
To be honest this sounds more like a small project 8not just a simple
question) So you may consider hiring a contractor / programmer for this
