Hi ! ALFA !
Thank You Very Very Vey Much !!!
It's so simple to do it ! I cant believe it !!!
This Method is better than Anurag.d teach me !

Ya ! It's excaellnet work !

According to the subject , i have a problems with the duplicate .

1.I have a workbook contained data in sheet 1 .

2.How to find out duplicate data in single column ? Last time I go to
other forum , i get a formula =COUNTIF($#$@:$#$*,#@)=1
(example:=COUNTIF($A$2:$A$20,A2)=1 . It can prevent duplicate data key
in .

3.I also have a formula to list out duplicate . The formula is
=IF(COUNTIF($C$1:C1,C1)>1,"Duplicate","Unique") . It show the
text"duplicate" & "unique" in other column ! Very useful !

4.But it didnt say how to do it in workbook contained more sheets ! If
i have 4 sheets , duplicate data (example:john) in sheet 1 & sheet 4 ,
(example:Alf) in sheet 2 & 3 . How to do it ? Should I combine 4 sheets
into i sheet ? Can do it or not ?

5.Is it excel have the query function like access ? B4 I use excel
formula to find out duplicate data , I use access query " find
duplicate wizard" . It can show all duplicate data in "new" table ! Can
excel do this job ?

6.I know it is not a place to disscuss access i this forum . Do u mind
if I ask about access ?

7. Actually , I want to make database . Create 1 table contained all
data(Data with address) in sheet 1 , 2nd table(Data A without address)
in sheet 2 , 3rd table(Data B without address) in sheet 3 ......(maybe
have 7-10 table(Data without address) . Then use duplicate formula to
find out duplicate address in 2nd & 3rd table relate to the 1st table
contained all data . Example : 1st table have (name:ALF) , 2nd
table(also have name:ALF) , 3rd table( also have name:ALF)... I want to
see the 2nd & 3rd table weather have data duplicate with 1st table only

Hi!

Glad it helped.

Q4: I would combine the sheets.
Q5 to Q9: I don't know enough about Access to be much help. However:
microsoft.public.access.queries might give you a way in.

Q10: I need to give this a bit of thought.
