I have subtotalled a sales report and need to change the font colour o
the subtotals. I know I should be able to do this with conditiona
formatting but can't get the right criteria - ie: to format each cel
which contains SUBTOTAL in the forumula. Any help would b
appreciated! ... thank

Did you subtotal with the Data Subtotal function?

If so, expand or condense so that only the subtotals are showing. Select the
range, hit the F5 key, (goto), select Special, toggle visible cells only, then
format as you see fit
