Excel Excel columns to Text File with spaces

I have an Excel sheet with 5 columns containing text and a column containing amounts with 2 decimal places.
I want to convert it to a text file where each column should have specific number of spaces like Col B should have 4 spaces from Col A and then Col C should have 8 spaces from Col B.
How can I do this in Excel? I dont have any of VBA.
