Excel Column Data

I have imported data from a Text file into excel. There
are 3500 rows of data in the single column. I want to
take the data and place it in 40 rows across and 40 rows
down then repeat until all the data has been distributed.

If the data currently in cell A1 goes into cell B1, where to you want the
data from A2? in C1 or in B2?
