Excel circular reference "help"

I have setup a real estate template. For the land size, I never know whether
I will get the Acre size or the Square Footage size. What I have done is
dropped in formulas which is a circular reference into the template. Example

square foot calc if acres known: cell d2= e2*43560
acres calc if square footage known: cell e2= d2/43560

This way I can type in the square footage or the acre, and the other one
will calculate.
Problem: Every time I open the spreadsheet, the error message comes up,
which is somewhat OK. However, the circular reference "help" always comes up
as well. I appreciate Excel telling me there is a circular reference, but I
don't need the Excel help to come up every time as I know what to do to solve
this. Can I turn the "help" off?

Just click Cancel on the error message.

Thanks Jan, lol, but I know how to click OK on the error message. The
question is how to stop Excel from loading the "help" or "Office assistant"
or "Microsoft Excel Office Help" or whatever this is called. This loading of
the Office help for this error bogs down my machine until it is loaded. I am
very sorry if I am not being very clear on my description. It is hard
sometimes to try to verbally describe the issue.

Look again. Click "Cancel", not OK!
