Circular Reference Error but there is no circular reference error!

Help!
I think my file is corrupt but I am not positive. I have a large 100MG
excel file with lots of formulas that I keep on manual calc so I don't have
to wait each time I make a change. All of a sudden I am getting circular
reference errors but when I go to the cell there isn't a circular reference
issue! Is this a bug, something easy to fix, or is my spreadsheet corrupted
somehow? How do I fix this please!

I sure did..any suggestions? I did find out that if you click on the
iterations box under the calculation section it over-rides it somehow..but it
takes about 15-20 minutes to recalculate....

You should ONLY tick that box if you really want your calculations to be the
result of an iterative process, and for the vast majority i would suggest
they don't. It is not a fix to get rid of a circular reference, but an
option that allows you to consciously use a circ when it is appropriate.

How do you know there is a circular reference, and what exactly do you see
when you launch the circ ref toolbar - Does it point to specific cells?
