Excel causes reboot

When user opens one particular Excel file her computer reboots - no errors. Other users can open the same file with no problem and she can open other Excel files with no problem. File in question is currently located on a Novell server, but we have copied it to her local drive and it has the same problem. File was created in Excel 2000 and can be successfully opened on other machines with Excel 97 or Excel 2003. User in question is using Excel 2003. Antivirus software is up-to-date and found nothing when her hard drive was scanned. Any and all help with the problem is greatly appreciated!
