Excel and Access Linking

I'm trying to link MS Access and Excell (both 20030 to each other.
My goal is to deposit data into an MS Access form and have Excel update
automatically.

Is this possible?

Yes. The data will live in the Excel sheet. It will appear in Access as a table with an
Excel icon instead of the regular table icon. You can update it either in Access or in
Excel -- it's a two-way link. To set it up, in Access, do File - Get External Data - Link
Tables. Point it to the Excel workbook and go from there.
