We have upgraded our desktop image from Office 2003 to 2007 and corporate
desktop policy has the Excel macros disabled by default. Upon opening this
Excel 2007 file I am presented with the security warning notification bar
with the message - macros have been disabled, and the options button is
present. After clicking the Options button a message box appears with
'Security Alert - this file contains encrypted macros that have been disabled
because there is no antivirus software installed that can scan them. To run
these macros, remove the encryption or permission restrictions on the file.'
<file path>. The one option button present that is selected shows 'Help
protect me from unknown content (recommended) with a OK or Cancel choice. We
are running Trend Micro Office Scan client v7.3.
Any ideas on how to enable the macros in this situation?
