Excel 2007 - crashing with "not enough resources to display file completely"

I've scoured the internet looking for solutions to this
problem and have yet to find one that works. The spreadsheet
that causes this error has a lot of macros in it but the file
size is something like 512kb. The computer is running XP Pro
SP2, Office 2007 (don't know what service pack though) and
has a dual-core 2.66ghz with 1gb of RAM. I've checked various
solutions (no non-Microsoft add-ins in Excel, etc.)

Hopefully someone has a solution. Thank you.

Dane,

No solutions, but I have had similar problems. It seems to happen most when
I have other applications open at the same time, most notably Outlook 2007
and Internet Explorer 7.

Thanks, I've asked the user to try opening the spreadsheet
with Outlook 7 not opened (as I read that somewhere else).
He's off tomorrow so I'll find out on Friday if that
helped/worked.
