Excel 2003 - Not enough systemresources to show completely

When starting Excel 2003 the error appears.
(Cannot do anything, except shutting down Excel.)
Resources are fine, and have also updated Office and Excel with all the
patches and SP's.
I've also reinstalled Office 2003 whitout changes.

I've searched all over for a solution, but came up empty....

Is there anybody out there who can help me solve this
problem....Pleeeeeeease!!
