Excel 2003 dosn't delete *.tmp files

I have a problem!
Excel 2003 always saves *.tmp files to the folder of opened document not to
the Windows\TEMP folder and dosn't delete them after closing that document
(and exiting Excel)?
Maybe someone know how to repair this problem?

Operating system is Windows XP Pro SP2.

Tools > options > Save

Disable AutoRecover
or uncheck other option

It does'n help. I haven't found any option in Excel which resolves this
problem.
