Excel 2002 file is not displayed when the file is open.

No books are displayed when I open one particular file. The file is open and
is displayed if File>Preview is selected. I have unprotected both the sheet
and worksheet. The unhide buttons for column and row have been selected. The
unhide button for sheet is inaccessible (gray print). I checked three other
files and their books are displayed.

What happens if you open that particular file, then click on Window | Arrange
| Tile?

I am having a similar problem with the same basic description except that any
workbook opened is a blank gray. The strange thing is that if I go into
File>and select any of the same, recently accessed books, they come up fine.
