Excel 2000 Not Printing Gridlines

I have a user that cannot print gridlines in Excel 2000.
Everything shows up in a print preview, but not when it
prints. This is for all documents. Another user can print
the same spreadsheet fine. I have checked all the
options, including print gridlines. I have tried it both
checked and unchecked with the same result.

The PC was recently reimaged with WinXP (fresh install).
The same process was used for the user that can print the
same sheets fine.

Do not know much about disk imaged machines but if print preview shows
correctly I would suggest a look at an update of the printer driver.

Others who use the same printer do not have this issue.
All printers are network printers, so the driver is the
same for everyone. The user that has the issue has the
problem no matter what printer she tries.
